Free training with the LIMITLESS Project

The LIMITLESS project, which is part of Threshold DAS (formerly Women's Aid) have funding to offer free training.

Guided Learning online courses are being offered.

They are free to women in employment that work or live in Carmarthenshire, Caerphilly or Blaenau Gwent (anyone who is self-employed, on a zero hour contract or in part /full time employment).

There is a Level 1 Domestic Violence Awareness course currently available - it takes no more than 10 hours commitment to complete. Threshold DAS have been asked to provide this training by their service users and professionals in the community, and participants will be issued with an internal Threshold DAS certificate on completion. Accreditation (through Agored Cymru) is available and free to those LIMITLESS participants if another Level 2 qualification is undertaken.

 

The other courses on offer are all Level 2 Agored Accredited qualifications:-

 

  • Mental Health and Stress
  • Safeguarding
  • Environmental Awareness
  • Customer Service
  • Volunteering and Community and Engagement

 

Training materials will be provided upon registration (please contact Threshold DAS for more details).

1 to 1 support will be provided (though not mandatory) through our Guided Learning programme.
