We have no doubt that you will be aware of the proposal to close various libraries within our County.

Kidwelly Library is NOT one of these scheduled for closure BUT it has been identified as being one of those libraries needing to improve its performance to avoid being included in any possible future cuts.

Current opening hours are not attracting enough people to safeguard OUR library. New opening hours will be introduced from April 1st.

You are urged to ‘USE THE LIBRARY OR LOSE IT’

New Opening Times (from April 1st 2011)

Tuesday: 2:30 - 5:00
Wednesday: 10:00 - 12:30
Thursday: 2:30 - 6:00
Friday: 10:00 - 12:30
