(IMPOSITION OF ROAD HUMPS) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980 that Carmarthenshire County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 proposes to construct road humps complying with the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 on Priory Street, Kidwelly.
The proposed nature, dimensions and location of the road humps are as follows: -

The provision a raised plateau is considered necessary to improve road safety by controlling traffic speeds in the 20mph speed limits and improve vulnerable road user safety outside the rebuild of Ysgol Y Castell, Kidwelly.
The existing raised plateau on Priory Street is to be removed in order to facilitate a change to the access of Ysgol Y Castell, Kidwelly.
