Tenders for the Management of the Princess Gwenllian Hall, Kidwelly.

Kidwelly Town’s Community Hall has been managed by a charitable trust since 2000. The trust consisted of volunteer trustees and has now dissolved. KTC and the community of Kidwelly are very grateful to the Trustees for their dedication and hard work over more than twenty years.
The lease of the building has now reverted to Kidwelly Town Council.
KTC is not in a position to manage the Hall and has issued invitations to tender for the Hall’s management. KTC also want to offer an opportunity to tender to the community of Kidwelly.

Any organisation that wishes to tender must be a constituted organisation.
